1. I'm a first time plant parent and I have no knowledge about plants, how do I know which plant will best fit my space?
There's no need to worry. We have a wide variety of low-maintenance plants that are perfect for those trying this out for the first time. Our plants also come with care cards with instructions on what each plant requires to thrive and grow. When you drop by the store, our friendly Qach staff can also be your guide in finding the perfect plant for your space.

2. Do you deliver?
Yes! We do deliver for a fixed fee depending on your total purchase and location. For more information about our delivery policy, click here.

3. Do you have an online shop?
We don’t sell online (yet!) so we highly encourage our customers to visit our physical stores for purchases. It’s the perfect place to go for some plantspiration. We have branches in Solenad Nuvali, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Malls The 30th, and U.P. Town Center. 

4. Do you have a Return and Exchange Policy?
Yes, we accept planter returns within 7 days, given that the item is still in good condition. The returned item can be exchanged for an item of the same price or higher.

5. My plant is dying, how do I save it?
Let’s identify the problem. Send us a message here or via Instagram or Facebook along with photos of your plant. Our online plant doctor will be happy to help.
