We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our team members and our customers. In light of Covid-19, all employees are required to wear face masks. Frequent hand washing with soap and water or alcohol based hand rub, disinfection of work spaces and equipment, as well as pre-screening of individual temperature will be observed daily. All employees practice social distancing and stay at least 3-6 feet apart at all times. Interaction between the delivery team and customers will be kept at a minimum by leaving deliveries at doorsteps, driveways, or other areas that require the least amount of person-person exposure.



Yes. We deliver to these cities within Metro Manila only: Manila, Quezon City, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig, and Pateros.

We also delivery to these cities outside Metro Manila: Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Silang, Cavite.

Delivery is FREE within Metro Manila (except Caloocan & Navotas) for a minimum purchase of Php 5,000.
For orders below Php 5,000, delivery fee is Php 250 within Metro Manila (except Caloocan & Navotas).

Delivery fee going to Sta. Rosa, Laguna is Php 400, and Php 450 for Silang, Cavite.

Yes. Starting June 12, 2020, our Alabang Town Center and Ayala Malls The 30th branches will be accepting pick-up of items from 12nn until 5pm only.


Yes, starting June 12, 2020. Once your items have been settled and are ready to be picked-up from our stores (either from Ayala Malls The 30th or Alabang Town Center), you will be contacted directly by a Qach representative via email or mobile.


Booking and expenses incurred via third-party delivery services shall be shouldered by the customer. We guarantee that our plants are alive and healthy, and that all items are in good condition when they leave the store. Qach is not liable for any damages incurred during transit via these services and therefore offers no warranty.


We accept planter returns within 7 days, given that the item is still in good selling condition. This means that the item does not show any scratches or discoloration. The returned item should be presented with your receipt and can be exchanged for an item of the same price or higher, wherein the difference will be settled by the customer.


All items are checked thoroughly by our staff prior to in-store purchase, pick-up, or delivery and are presented to the customer for final inspection as well. 


All Qach plants come in soft or hard liners with holes in them to make sure that there is proper drainage. You may remove the liner from the outer pot before watering it to let all the excess water drip before placing it back into your planter. 


All products are tagged as either indoor, outdoor, or both. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to send us a message to confirm in order to avoid damaging your items.



There's no need to worry! We have a wide variety of low-maintenance plants that are perfect for those trying this out for the first time. Our plants also come with care cards with instructions on what each plant requires to thrive and grow. The level of difficulty when it comes to caring for each plant is indicated in the description box. You may also use the search box to look for plants tagged as: low maintenance

For online orders, we accept bank transfers. For store transactions, we highly encourage card transactions over cash payments. Customers will be asked to swipe their card for safety reasons.
