Yes. We deliver to the following cities within Metro Manila only: Manila, Quezon City, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig, and Pateros.
We also deliver to these cities outside Metro Manila: Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Silang, Cavite.
If your location is not included, send us a message and we will see how we can accommodate your order.
Delivery is FREE within Metro Manila (except Caloocan & Navotas) for a minimum purchase of Php 5,000.
For orders below Php 5,000 and for locations outside our coverage area, delivery fee is calculated based on third-party delivery service rates.
We ask for your patience when it comes to your delivery schedule. You will be contacted directly by a Qach representative via email or mobile to finalize your delivery date.
Yes, you may choose the Store Pick-up option upon check out. A friendly Qach store representative will message you as soon as your order is ready.
Yes. Once your payment has been verified and your order is ready for pick up from our store, you will be contacted directly by a Qach representative via email or mobile.
Booking and expenses incurred via third-party delivery services shall be shouldered by the customer. We guarantee that our plants are alive and healthy, and that all items are in good condition when they leave the store. Qach is not liable for any damages incurred during transit via these services and therefore offers no warranty.
We accept planter returns within 7 days, given that the item is still in good selling condition. This means that the item does not show any scratches or discoloration. The returned item should be presented with your receipt and can be exchanged for an item of the same price or higher, wherein the difference will be settled by the customer.
All items are checked thoroughly by our staff prior to in-store purchase, pick-up, or delivery.
All Qach plants come in soft or hard liners with holes in them to make sure that there is proper drainage. You may remove the liner from the outer pot before watering it to let all the excess water drip before placing it back into your planter.
All products are tagged as either indoor, outdoor, or both. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to send us a message to confirm to avoid damaging your items.
There's no need to worry! We have a wide variety of low-maintenance plants that are perfect for first time plant parents. Our plants also come with care cards containing instructions on what each plant requires to thrive and grow. The level of difficulty when it comes to caring for each plant is also indicated in the description box. You may use the search box to look for plants tagged as: low maintenance.

For online orders, we accept bank transfers. For store transactions, we highly encourage card transactions over cash payments. Customers will be asked to swipe their card for safety reasons.
